I checked and the holes are 5/32". I think the MB conversion that Brian mentioned above would be the better solution. Also using the CM30 pump and an after market HE. But this one is quite easy and it if lowers the temps 25 degrees or more, that's all good.

I already have a Johnson pump and aftermarket heat exchanger, i will also be splitting my resevior. For my next idea (to my knowledge no one has done yet) i will need the extra cooling of the t-stat mod.
What MB mod that Brian mentioned are you referring to?
