I found this lookup for the listed code. It seems that the CSO is a reference to the Cylinder Shutoff Valve, which is activated to help save fuel "in certain cruise modes."

CODE: P20A2 = An inlet valve of a cylinder is not operated although the CSO is switched off

It would seem, if your sensor is correct, that one of your intake valves is not functioning correctly despite the fact that the computer has not told the CSO to disable that valve.
