Re: Would You Still Purchase A Crossfire
I bought my SRT6 8 months ago for 24,600. It had 56 miles on it. To date with 5700 miles on it I have had no issues, the cars IMO are wonderful to drive and are very unique. These cars have the same issue when servicing them as any low volume performance cars have. The dealerships are unwilling to invest in training for the technicians. If you are lucky a dealership might have 1 SRT trained technician. Try getting a 1993 RX7 TT serviced, good luck. Alot of the horror stories on those cars are the fact that the technicians did not know how to repair them. So the best approach is to learn to do the work yourself. That is what I did for my RX7, in fact I'm completely rebuilding the car from the suspension up. So for my SRT6 once it is out of warranty Feb 2010, I plan on doing the work my self.
Thanks
