First, have you considered the different models? Roadster vs. Coupe? Limited/Base vs. SRT6?

Being an '04, I suspect you could lo-ball the guy down to $11k, especially with 26k miles on it. Also, always have a carfax done as well as having the vehicle independently inspected. This will save you in the long run.

What kind of warranty are they willing to offer? The vehicle is obviously close to 36k now, so I'd make sure they could throw in a really good warranty for $13k ($11k + $2k for the warranty).

Color? Just curiosity...

Lastly, hunt around here on the forums... you can find TONS of info on the particular model. There are also downloads available for the owners manual and the service manual for all models. Specifications too if you want them.

Don't forget to check the cars for sale section, you may find a better deal on something with lower milage.
