10 things to note:

1. Make sure the Navigation CDs are there, or the dealer will get them. If no Nav radio, then this is moot. (Not sure if this applies to 04, but it did on my 05.)
2. Make sure the tool is there to aid in the removal of the front lower grilles (to access the tow hook.) I heard this tool works for wheel center cap removal as well.
3. Check the headlights and make sure they're clear, with no scratches or hazing.
4. Test drive and make sure the 1-2 shift is smooth (not notchy) and no popping out of 1st
5. Tires are expensive. Make sure these are good. If they're still the second set, then they may be due soon.
6. Check to be sure the air pump is under the storage area floor.
7. Ask for service records on A and B service. Check the FSS to be sure one isn't due.
8. Carfax or equal
9. Ask for all manuals and carry sleeve if not there.
10. Keep your teeth brushed, because that's all people will notice of your face when you drive it
