Nope. The orginal idea of this car was to have a hot rod that would give other cars a run for their money. I was actually depressed when it came out because of the smaller power plant but then I found out that it was a SLK 320 with a body kit which meant that the AMG verison was around the bend (SRT-6). I was still also a little depressed that the front end had changed, I really liked the boldness of the front of the concept vechicle.

As far as the SRT-6 I am suprised that they did not make any real improvments to the AMG version (could have done a bigger Kompressor)and of course there is that ugly wing.
