Sounds like an inventory reduction car. The car fax should show it being sold at auction around summer of 07. If so then the warranty started for most on 2-27-07 and has a little less than 2 years remaining. That's the date most were sold from Chrysler at auction, or some date close to that. It's called the in-service date.
The rest sounds like a good deal. If it's silver with a little blueish in it, then it's Sapphire Silver Blue which was the lowest color of coupes made. If its a darker blue than its the Aero Blue.
Price is a little high considering you will still pay tax and license. My state AZ, still charged plates on the MSRP of $48k. So find out what that is. I would push for like $20-$22K out the door. It's a blast to drive. Good luck.
