How much does mileage affect depreciation on these cars?

This one has 3,250 miles on it for $24995

I found another locally with 28,000 miles for $18,000

I know 25,000 miles is a lot more miles, but are the 3,250 miles worth a $6,000 premium?

I have to agree having read through the forums a little that $24,995 is a little steep for it.
If I go for it, I'll have to try for $20-22k out the door as you suggest.
