Ok, after a whirlwind day, for some reason I have an SRT-6 in my garage right now!!!

Went to a dealer today to look for a new Sebring Convertible for my wife, and on the forecourt was a nice shiny Crossfire SRT-6.

We got there late in the day, took the SRT-6 for a test drive and holy cow that is quick! Being as it was late in the day and they wanted to go home, they have allowed me to bring it home for the weekend to check out.

So here are the questions...

1) It's a 2005 that was first sold in May 2007. It has 3,250 miles on it and they want $24,995 for it - is that a good deal?

2) The same dealer sold it originally and told me when it was in the detail shop it got a nick on the fender and had a repaint with 0 miles on the odo. It looks fine from what I can see, the paint has a blue/purple hue to it and it looks like the metal flakes might not be all in the same direction making the paint look a slightly different color. Is this something to worry about?


5) I have been told that even tho it is an 05 model year SRT-6, because it wasn't sold until May 2007, the warranty remains from May 2007 onwards and not from it's 2005 build date. Is this true? - what can I expect to have warranty wise?
