Default Re: Have a new SRT-6 Coupe in my garage...

Depending on where you live, prices fluctuate quite a bit. I traded a brand new 2005 Infiniti G35 Coupe 6MT with less than 12k miles for my saphire silver blue SRT6 with 11k miles for $24,495 out the door. I thought that was a good deal because I was basing it on what this car cost new ($48,000). I then discovered this forum, and my jaw dropped at the prices. At the time, 24 grand was about the best I could find in my area, especially with a trade in. Over all, I ended up owing about a grand less on the SRT than I did on the G, but again, that means that over the long run, I will have paid about 33 grand for the srt. That is still a good deal if I had purchased the car back in 2005 when I purchased the G instead.

Watch out for SRT Track Experience cars. They generally have about 4k miles on them. Check the tires for wear and look on the top of the windshield for evidence of a large decal. As for the metal flake, I've seen a couple of SSB cars that have some irregular metal flake patters that kind of make it look splotchy in direct sunlight. Mine has this too on the rear bumper. Seems to be a factory paint issue. So, you may just blend in!
