The weird thing is this plastic ramp piece is not very well designed in as much as it fell out on both sides and we didn't even know it was a removable part. Gary realized what had happened (to creat the noise) when the second one popped loose as he opened the top. The bottom of it has those spreadable tab clip things, all plastic and don't they seem to stay spread apart enough to lock into the metal piece below. I'm putting a tweezer in the glove box so if it slides to the latch hole I can snag it. Maybe a little sticky stuff on them before reinstalling them? The names?? not for the car!!
