I like the idea of drilling more holes in the lower grills. Good idea. This may be the ticket. My car is so much more responsive but then again, I was driving around with a pump that did not work properly without even knowing it ever since I had the car.

May I suggest FANS. But they probably would fit behind the larger HE.

I like the custom air guide you made in the picture.
I had taped that peice of paper out on the end of the tape measure a little over 7" away and turned the fans on just to see if the fan would pull it to the HE. At that distance I thought it was quite impressive.
