Talking This will help your handling, STUD

Being 6' tall I have the seat all the way back and even dropped the seat 1.5 inches to get the hemet on. I found that the foot rest was not at the correct position to be useful. I wanted it at the level of the brake pedel so that I was able to brace in the turns and also to have a position that was set to work for me.

The foot pad was found to be 3 inches too short or low for me. I checked it by placing a single piece then two sections of 2" x 4" to be sure that I liked it, the first time. I drilled a few holes it the wood to allow longer screws to attach the wooden pad to the floor and then added a bit of black rattle can to finish the job. I have included a photo for your attention.

This really worked for me and you may choose a different thickness to suit your needs and driving style. It did not cost 5$ and it really did the thing for me, especially when Iam into the brakes or corners at 1.0 G.

Enjoy Woody
