Ok, I'm going to tell my side and I'm sure the other party will tell theirs. I ordered a modified thermostat from TVT and when I take it to get installed the mechanic informs me it doesn't fit the car. He shows me both thermostats side by side and I can see with my own eyes #1 its not the same and #2 it wouldn't fit the car. I call TVT up and tell them about the problem and he says to send it back (mind you I paid for sending the wrong part back). The mechanic who was trying to install it somehow seperated the the theromastat into two pieces, I didn't notice this till I got home (he had just left it in the trunk and finished the install of other parts). The part is not broken but according to TVT "you need a special tool to put it back together." Now my thing is you send me the wrong F'n part and I pay to send it back to you on top of the shop charged me for the install regardless, but then you have the nerve to tell me I have to put it back together and pay for the shipping both ways again, then you'll give me the correct thermostat. Am I crazy here or would the right thing would be to send me the F'n correct part which I paid for and get the tool your F'n self to fix it? You sent the wrong part, and its not broken, just needs a "special tool." Maybe I'm the wrong one, but right now I'm F'n mad so I don't care.

Well, I do agree with the fact he shouldn't have to pay for all those shipping charges, if a company sends me a wrong part, and I seperate / take apart / "break" it, well, that's your repsonsibility.
Should've just sent it back immediately and gotten the right one.
