Stock plug if you mod you go down to 36 or 34
Also the same if you go down in one size colder from stock
I have lots of info I gleaned from here but the only consistent remark was stock plug gets gapped smaller the more mods you go!

Oh and by the way don't trust anyone to gap your plugs for you....they might say they did when they sold them to you but check them before install!
