Thanks on all the replies. The strange thing about this whole issue is when I called and told the insurance company what had happened they took the same don't give a sh*t attitude. I think I'll take the advise to go back and file the report and ask for a call on the outcome of the video viewing. As for the employee at Kohl's he would not even tell me if they had camera's until I pressed him and then would only say they do and must file a report for the police to review. He would not comment on if they still had the tape or if it was recorded over already. I guess the thing that pisses me off most is I'm trying to do the right thing and the police, Kohl's and insurance company don't really care. The member is right in the fact that if it had happen to a cop's personal car they would be all over that video tape or if someone had just stolen 3k in merchandise from Kohl's.
