As kindly advised by our USA based forum buddies, It seems, for some reason, my ECU didnt detect the presence of the gadget. So before giving up on it I went through the following process;
1: remove the S.B. to and confirm it as inoperative.
2: do the throttle reset proceedure, and again no difference.
3: refit the S.B. again no difference
4: do the throttle reset again with S.B. fitted: results = WOW - NEARLY SHREDDED MY REAR TYRES!
It appears that the throttle reset done with it fitted did the trick! ( but Im not sure why )
It may be a step for everyone to do this after fitting the S.B. ?
