Really, by whom?

To date, I've seen one set of dynamometer readings that have been offerered by a supplier . Problems with this include: having no way of knowing what vehicle was actually used and/or not knowing the conditions of the test ie. ) it is proof of nothing anywhere else on the planet.

The only things I know for sure is that the same guys supplying the test are the same guys selling the product & the product sure looks and sounds like it'll give you more HP.
