I proved all you have to do is take off those hoses and it will increase....so that means that on either side of the radiator you will get some kind of increase.
I am running the needswing and they are spot on with there testing and I will be doing dyno time to see what the numbers for there parts are on my car with and with out also.

I am not selling anything, I have bought and ran the stuff and guess what YOU WILL gain HP wether the intakes are inside or outside the radiator...JUST LOSE the stock stuff and ya gain!
Now what the question I can't give ya YET is what gives ya more....right now my opinion is outside.
But soon I will have the numbers....
