Got to the dealer to have them look at it last week and htey said it was the IAT sensor throwing a code

. Better than the "Injector Service" some bitchy woman suggested to me when I got there. I laughed inside. Anyway, they reflashed the ECU to reset it and it happened again.
So, today I bring it in and they FINALLY looked at the pump, ran a diagnostic and it came up as being faulty so I'm getting it replaced on Friday. I'm going to read over my service contract and see if I can change it out with a Johnson pump w/o voiding my warranty.
