But both do frequently as I drive. Whenever the rear hatch is not rattling, the other noise seems to be present. Sometimes they appear at the same time.

Dude, it's simple, add a few turns of electrical tape to the latch bar like we've been saying. Your main rattles will be gone and you won't have to deal with the dealership!!
