So from memory here... it costs 300 for this tune/chip adjustment? and if i were to have it put in during the cruise i would have to pre-commit?

Jen, I asked one of the performance orientated guys from my dealership, if the ECU Tune would void the warranty. He told me, "No". That doesn't prevent another dealer from not honoring your warranty if the engine needed replacing because it had the beans kicked out of it.
I haven't heard of anyone blowing an engine yet at this forum. I also never heard of a dealer doing an "engine autopsy" looking for factory adjustments that were changed just so Chrysler would have to honor the warranty.
