Actually I DO fasten mine EVERY time I drive. And I insist that any passenger(s) that are in a vehicle I am driving have theirs fastened BEFORE the vehicle moves at all.

This is just my personal preference. If you choose not to use your seat belt, that IS your choice. I only hope you aren't in an accident... the results without a belt are much worse (proven fact).
