I also have a Pt Crusier, I use a Bra on it too, have left it on with no problems. The problem on my X-fire was around he headlight where the velcrow like stip slides in under the headlight, it was a small spot t 1/2 inch long. But I didn't want to take a chance. A warning came with the MOPAR Bra not to leave it on especially if it gets wet. Also a lot of sand built up under the Bra on the Xfire, have not had that on the Pt either.
