Personally, I like the looks of the eibach lowering springs, and have heard they are about the same stiffness as stock, but feel more controlled because of the lower center of gravity. When I have the money I plan to go with eibach springs for the look, and Koni shocks on the softest setting to ease the ride harshness. Then I'll put 18" wheels on the rear so I can have drag radials on back there, and the extra inch of rubber will soften the ride even further.

That's my plan anyway...when I get some money...someday...
