Mine has been doing this from time to time with store bought CD's.
I also sometimes show "GPS error" for a few seconds on start up, and if I don't reset the NAV, I just get diagnostic readout showing # on sats, etc rather than an arrow pointing north.
Need to get the dealer to fix, but work schedule has been heavy . . .
