sowardcustoms,
I'm sorry... I meant SRT-6. I'm a turbo neon guy so I naturally type SRT-4 every time lol.
Maxwell,
my email is
eric@rternie.com I'd love to have the PDF's. I've done work with Darton on 2.6L Suby engines... so its definitely possible

I've spoken with LA sleeve about doing some sleeves for a parallel twin 600cc engine for our FSAE car.
The sleeve would be machined to make the cylinder semi-closed (basically a large step that is machined into the block.)
I've just read about the "3.7L" sleeve piston replacement from the ML320...however everywhere I look about the ML320 it has the same Bore and stroke as the 3.2L engine in the crossfire. So...there would be NO gain in displacement by using those sleeves. Am I missing something? Update... Found this on MB world

From above,

This exotic W203 C32KT 3.7L is one of the highest output of the 5 C32KT Hin Yu Tuning has ever produced. This car fears all exotics on the road and its famous of the use of the W220-S350 block.
The 3.2 V6 cylinder matches the 3.7L V6 block perfectly, also the oil pan matches perfectly too. With the 3.7L block, boreincreased from 89.9mm to 97mm, with the same stroke of 84mm, displacement increased from 3199cc to 3724cc. With the larger displacement, the original C32 supercharger is no longer capable for producing high boost, boost is lowered to below 1.0 bar."
so if Im reading his poor english correctly.... the Sleeves from an E55 are used in conjunction with the stock pistons to sleeve it to a 97mm bore (~7mm bigger than stock...talk about unshrouding the valves!) I would imagine these stock sleeves and pistons would be EXTREMELY expensive coming from MB.
A set of Cast Iron sleeves from Darton/LA and some CP pistons/Crower rods would be much less expensive...yet still expensive.
