Also, that's a decent amount of dough to throw into a Limited, you're almost better off trying to find a cheap SRT somewhere. I looked into the same route you're going (minus the NO2) and it was honestly more feasible to buy a SRT but that's just my opinion
you wouldnt need more that 320 to the crank to pull a 12.9 in a 6 speed. 320 to the wheels would get you in low 12 territory. Im also really not into the srts the more I think about it.. I need a stick car, and the ones I saw when I was shopping were at least 10k more than their N/A counterparts. Eventually when the N/As break 300 hp the srt dicks wont know what to do with themselves.
