Maybe not with air, but how about using some sort of liquid, maybe even just water, and filling the entire muffler with water then soaking the dog food until it turn into a slimy mess.
The stainless won't mind, and even if it all comes out as a messy slurry it shouldn't be too hazardous to dispose of.
Just a thought.

Kevin said it is so packed full of dog food, it has turned into a moist mush from the engines vapors and he doesn't think he could ever completely clean it out. Looking at the fiberglass wrap that's inside of it, I tend to agree with him.
