Just a Question for the people who have not experienced any problems with a bra (on a car). Do you live near any farm country or dirt roads and do you drive your cars in the rain? It has been my experience that it is the dust in the air or dirt of the roads that gets in there and does the damage. In Michigan this is unavoidable (except for city hermits that never leave the highrise district or highway). If you remove your bra to wash the car it is my guess that you probably shake the dust and dirt out of it or wash it also before re-installing it back on the car, thereby saving your paint from the abrasion damage. As for only using them while on trips, I think that is exactly the correct use for a bra. Then remove it as soon as you get home and let the beauty of your car shine.
