They are identical, or at least nearly so. Some have said the 05 has tilt steering instead of the telescoping steering the 04 has. But most websites advertise the 05 as having telescoping steering as well.
On speed channels "TEST DRIVE", they did a deal on the 05 roadster and the SRT6 - they complained that there was no tilt steering...
