yes the new bracket replaces the drivers side horn bracket.

to get the rubber 90 onto the tb, i get the far side over the tb and then reach inside the couple and you can work it the rest of the way over the tb. if yours is still too tight let m k now tomorrow and we can exchange it for ya.
