I'm not sure how bad yours is, and I also cannot relate to the problem first hand as I have an automatic.. but I will say two things:
1. My shifter vibrates a little too
2. While my period on this board (I think over a year??) I have noticed several threads like yours with people complaining about abnormal vibrating.. so you are definitely not the only one.. try searching maybe, I didnt pay attention to any results/outcomes that they had
