What kind of parts are you sending? Vacuum metalizing is not true chrome. Depending on what you are sending, it may look OK. I used to do the purchasing Chrysler's concept car builder. Actual chrome on palstic can be done but it is very expensive. I would use the vacuum metalizing for some lamp housings that would be under a lense. Other plastic parts that had to look perfect were truely chromed plated.
