One more thing, the dealership did replace a relay module and that did not resolve the issue.

Each time the computer showed no issues, I even escalated the situation to Chrysler to get compensation for the inconveneice. Finally about 8 months down the road the issue was resolved, it turned out to be a fautly connection to the ignition switch. At one point they even replaced the entire starter, I would say that the 8 month duration of this issue cost Chrysler $2-3 thousand in towes, parts and rentals.
I hope this helps, your problem is identical to the one I had. I you want I can give you the contact info to my dealership. They'll be able to help your dealship fix the issue.
