Take a look at the NW intake in this post https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...t=23945&page=3 # 47 - there is some sort of protective mesh-sock over the intake filter - this might help out during bug season and save you a few filters. I'm not sure how easy the filters are to clean but it would seem you could remove the mesh-socks and wash them out pretty easy.

BTW - your dual intake does look trick...
