The cost is approx. 8-10 dollars for the buzzer and a few minutes of your time. I did mine for $3.50 but found the 90bd buzzer was just not loud enough. I found a 105bd for about 10 bucks and did the wifes XF and she is happy. If she is happy, I'm happy! I'll bring a couple of different freqs and buzzers and you chose. I'm just happy to contribute to the cause. If you find a buzzer for 8-20 volts you want me to install, the cost is nothing but a handshake.

I take your relay, drill two small holes close to the base, solder two wires connected to an elco connector. The other end of the elco connector is securely soldered to the buzzer with velcro glued to it. I put the other side of the velcro on the cover and WaaLa, a chirp mod!

Anyone else interested I have been gathering connectors and wiring to put together as many as wanted.
