I think here in the mountains our air is thinner, it helps alot more than you would think, especially on turbo cars.
The straight pipes helps some, I would guess 5-7 hp. Maybe more since Im here in the mountains.
Thinner air (higher elevations) are actually detrimental to making horsepower.
you want
denser air for making better horsepower......the more oxygen you can pack into a cylinder, the more fuel you can use, thus giving a bigger bang.
