It's a fairly common problem, and it took my dealer 3 tries and a free breakfast to get it right.
Make sure they don't screw up the inside door latch when they fix the window.
The last time, they took the trouble to check the other door. It sounded different and now they BOTH sound like the doors on a Rolls Royce now. Just a nice "Thump" when I close them. Windows UP or DOWN!
