Everything is underneath. 1 cc box made out of 5/8" plywood. The box itself is on legs that leave room for the subwoofer. It is amazing how heavy it is. If I need to get at the jack (which I did last week, another story) I can move the whole assembly out of the way to get at the jack. I will take a pic of the bottom of the box for you.
