Just a suggestion.

I know that you have not finalized payment of the parking reservations yet and I'm not sure if you have given thought to name badges for the participants..........in the reserved parking area.

For those who may not already have name badges (Diane and I do have Xfire name badges) would it be possible to charge an extra $1.00 for two name badges, and tie that in with the parking payment (I'm thinking those clear plastic ones with the pin).

I really think it helps if we all had name badges and then we will know who each other is during the week-end and can communicate with that person on a first name basis.
