yeah cruzin you seriously have made me feel much more comfortable about my car. i was extremely confused since my car is stock and didnt really think something should be shorting out. and never would have been able to find the relay control module on the search or in the engine bay itself. i greatly appreciate it. i hope the problem was just some random surge and its gone now. or it was in fact the control module. the car is under warranty (the main reason why i keep it stock) so it shouldnt be a big deal getting it fixed
