For taking all these "ap classes" you sure DO NOT HAVE A LOT OF COMMON SENSE.

I too was 16... (well 15 but couldn't drive!) when I got my Crossfire. I got a ticket around a year later for going 55 in a 45... and I thought that was bad.

60 in a 40 is a lot over, 20 MPH! Did he write you up for that much?

As far as your inspection. 15 days is 2 weeks, thats a LOT OF TIME to get an inspection. Of course you would offer to get an inspection, you're getting out of a ticket. If you had no gotten pulled over well tell me, would you still get an inspection / even be thinking about it? PROBABLY NOT.

Do a little research and calculate how much time you actually "save" by speeding. (Here's a hint, ITS VIRTUALLY NONE.)
