He waited till i pulled into my garage to leave...... he knows where I live and how to contact me. He could come by tomorrow and check my inspection sticker if he wanted (I got it inspected right after that)
If your Dad is at fault let him pay the ticket. If what you say is true about the "60 days expired" and you only have to go to court to make it go away, then the cop was just teaching you a "life lesson". It's a subtle reminder that certain things have to be done to comply with the law. It's all part of growing up no matter what age you are. I would suggest you stay on your best behavior whenever you're in his jurisdiction. You certainly don't want to be labeled a "slow learner". It could get expensive.
