Didn't get a stick back then cause I couldn't find one. Apparently there was a bigger market for guys who wanted to go fast but were too wimpy to develope shifting skills, than guys who wanted to
participate in the process of moving iron very quickly over the pavement.
Used to have a sticker on my truck that said , "Real trucks have duallys with manual transmisions and say Cumins on the side." I suspect some guy with a "Powerstroke" was annoyed and took it off.
Yes, we are evolving. Into crabby old men.
