I'm not sure when Chrysler switched over to an electrical switch to activate its passing gear.
I can remember when we called it passing gear.

Reminded me of the story about a guy who bought his 6 year old boy a pony and cart. The boy was driving the pony around the yard and the dad went out to see how things were going. He said " hows it going son" to which the boy replied " pretty good dad" and then he noticed a string running from the pony's ********* back to the cart. " Whats up with the string son?" the dad inquired. The boy replied " Passing Gear"
