It seems to be a good deal for a 2008. I'd check some other dealers for a price too. Then, come back and offer them $30K, with tax/plate/out the door, with the B-to-B warranty included, citing "similar" pricing at the other dealers (so they know you are wiling to get it elsewhere).
I got a similar deal last year on my '06, with Employee discount and no B2B.. - so it seems like you are in the right price range for a
new '08.
