This is straight from the Crossfire manuals supplied to the dealership, or if you are a Chrysler tech.

STANDARD PROCEDURE - TRANSMITTER PROGRAMMING

The Remote Keyless Entry Transmitter(s) can be programmed by the customer without special tools.
PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE

Transmitter programming by the customer is done by performing the following steps:
  1. Insert the key into the ignition switch.
  2. Press either the lock or unlock button momentarily twice.
Turn the key in the ignition switch to the ON/RUN position within 30 seconds.

Hope this is useful and saves you $100.

Haven't had my key cut so I don't know if it works yet.

Godd luck getting it cut, and getting it to start your car. That programming procedeure is only for the locks.
Buran buy the key, and I will program it.
