Some the Forum pros may know this already
When i first purchased my crossfire I realized i had to almost do a 360 degree head turn before changing lanes. Got some nasty horn honks. Then i discovered on a report that you must adjust the mirrors so that you don't see the car and it worked! Blind spot gone. I've tested this for two weeks paying close attention to cars on both sides. I adjusted my mirrors so that i only can see the back of the door handles and almost none of the car. The mirrors pointed slightly downward so I can see the white lines in the road and the space closer to the car. When a car approached I could see it in the mirror on either side and before it past It would not dissapear at all I was able to immediatly see the front end using my peripheal. It is a bit awkward at first and will take some getting used to. You will probably have to adjust for your height thought i pass this along since I've gotten such great advice from this forum. good luck
