Ok yes you can clean your throttle plate. remove and clean with parts cleaner and/or solvent.

Do not use chemical cleaners that you suck in through a vacuum line to clean the intake or valves, AKA induction services/fuel injector service. The only reason this should be done is by the dealer for a repair.

The reason behind this......
The solution that is used burns kinda like nitrous... which is not good. they can cause exessive cylinder temp's,, and cause cylinder wash.. this can lead to rings scoring the cylinder walls and detination. most of the chemicals have alot of ether in them and problems can arise..



Some of the bottle even say don't use on these engines. I remember neon and all nissians where on that list...


Remember just be careful and if you do use them take it slow.. dont just dump alot in at once...... Thanks
